Restricted evening tickets in myTrip

We recognise that many operators want to offer mobile tickets that are only valid in the evening, so we are now adding the option for evening tickets to be offered to myTrip users.

Tickets can be set up to use a new restricted activation schedule which means users can activate them for use between 6pm and midnight.

The decision for the 6pm start time for evening tickets is based on the average evening restriction across all bus operators currently using myTrip.

If you have any evening tickets which you were previously unable to offer to myTrip users that you now wish to include, please contact your Customer Success Manager or access the Helpdesk.
