Ticket organisation by coverage type

We will soon be allocating a ‘type’ to ticket coverages in Passenger Cloud. This will allow the organisation of tickets by:

• Area – for tickets that cover a particular geographical area

• Service – for tickets that are assigned to specific services

• Academic – for tickets that are related to schools, colleges or universities

This will enable users to see where tickets are valid to choose from them more easily.

Tickets for sale within a selected coverage area type will be shown with an interactive map of the coverage area, where this information has been added to Passenger Cloud.

This update will be available in early 2021. Any existing coverage areas will be assigned a coverage type before any changes are released to the app.
