Spring 2023 Quality of Life Improvements

To ensure the continued quality of the platform we regularly make small updates to improve performance, user experience or for any other quality of life enhancement. To keep you up to date with these changes we will periodically provide a summary, such as this one. For the more impactful updates, we will continue to provide individual release notes.

Spring 2023 Quality of Life Updates

  • To make it easier for riders to find help and get answers to support questions on websites a link to the myTrip help desk has been added to the main navigation of myTrip.today and to the footer of myTrip operator websites.

  • As operators continue to adjust networks and promote bus services to riders in the post-covid environment, we have removed the direct link from the vehicle information screen that previously directed riders to the Government Covid Travel Guidance pages.

  • The icon used for a mobile ticket’s coverage area has been updated on apps and websites to make it clearer that this field represents an area where the ticket can be used.

  • A ‘back to top’ jump link has been added to the ticket list on websites so that when a user scrolls down a long list of tickets they can quickly get back to the top of the page, similar to the equivalent list on the timetables page.
