End of service time change

As we continue to learn more about the operators using myTrip and the services they run, we will be changing the end of service time for tickets on myTrip from 4.30 a.m. to 3.00 a.m.

Following a review of all myTrip operators, we discovered that none have services running past 3.00 a.m., however, some operators do have services starting before 4.30 a.m.

Changing the end of service time to 3.00 a.m. will:

  • ensure tickets activated for operators who do have services starting between 3.00 a.m. - 4.30 a.m. do not end earlier than expected

  • have no impact on the majority of operators, who don't have services starting between 3.00 a.m. and 4.30 a.m.

This change will take place from Friday 17 December 2021. Day tickets that are activated before the change will expire at the original time of 4.30 a.m. Day tickets that are activated after the change will expire at 3.00 a.m.

Please note that 24-hour tickets are not affected. If you have any questions at all, please get in touch.
