Improved ticket purchasing from tracked vehicles
As we welcome more operators to myTrip, we are evolving how we help users to easily find the ticket they need when planning journeys. Thank you, as ever, for your feedback and input.
This update will help users find the ticket they need quickly, by taking them straight to the operator tickets, when they tap the ‘Buy now’ button on a tracked bus.
Previously, tapping this button would link to the Mobile Tickets section and the user would need to select the operator they were looking for.
