Help & Support content now linked in-app

To assist myTrip users and help to quickly resolve common support queries, we now link to the myTrip User Knowledge Base directly from the app.

Following the new Help & Support link in the main menu, users are directed to a comprehensive and frequently updated site containing articles, guides and FAQs.

Access to this content will help users resolve common queries, additionally increasing user satisfaction and reducing incoming support requests to operators and the Help Desk.
